All pieces purchased from our site can be returned for online store credit ONLY. They must be returned in perfect condition within 14 days of ordering. All return shipping cost is paid for by the customer and will not be refunded. Customer will receive a credit code for our online store via email within 1 day of the product being returned and inspected. The product must not have been worn or used in any way if you are returning it.

All CUSTOM hair accessory or jewelry orders are non-refundable. We take a lot of time to put together the perfect piece for you and cannot offer refunds or returns because you change your mind half way through the process. 

Cancellation policy: A refund will be given within 3-5 business days if you purchase online and then change your mind within 24 hours. Please notify us via email of your cancellation and if it is within 24 hours of your purchase we will gladly refund your money as we have not started working on your piece yet. Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to appear.

Domestic: Please allow 3-5 days for shipping once your order is processed. Once purchased it may take 1-3 days to process depending on when your order is placed (weekends need 3 days).
